Description
Elastel EG510 is a high-performance industrial edge computer powered by Raspberry Pi CM5, designed for advanced IIoT applications such as edge computing, automation control, data logging and cloud communication.
It provides rich industrial connectivity including 1x RS485, 1x RS232, 2x GbE, 6×DI, 6×DO, 1×USB 3.0 and other expansion interfaces. Also features a built-in M.2 slot supporting 4G LTE / 3G/ 2G/ NB-IoT, enabling seamless connection to industrial networks and field devices.
Built with an industrial-grade, fanless, and compact enclosure, EG510 ensures reliable operation in harsh environments with -25°C to +65°C operating temperature, along with enhanced EMI and surge protection.
Fully compatible with Raspberry Pi OS, EG510 provides an open and flexible platform for rapid development using Docker, Node-RED, Python, CODESYS and more. It comes pre-installed with ElastPro OT-to-IT software, enabling seamless data acquisition and secure cloud connectivity via protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA, and MQTT

Edge computing Gateway
Data collecting from slave devices, analyzing and storing. And with flexible configuration, it is perfect as a protocol and interface converter Gateway.
Industrial modem and cellular Router
With a built-in cellular module, EG510 can be configured as an industrial computer operating in 4G/LTE, 3G, NB-IoT mobile network. Easily remote access in by build a VPN or ThingsWing.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
With Serial ports and DI & DO ports available, and take advantage of Software-defined PLC, EG410 can easily operate as a typical PLC.
Micro Server Computer
The Compact and high reliability design with HDMI port, allows EG410 operate as a micro server. Raspberry Pi compatibility and Linux OS provides computer operation possibility.
