    1What operating systems are supported?
    Official Raspbian is the most supported and recommended. Ubuntu and OpenWRT are supported with minor tweaks. Windows is not supported.
    2Can I change OS by myself?
    Yes, you can. Normally those OS/Firmware works on consumer Raspberry Pi 4B should works on Elastel products as well. We provide peripheral drivers support in case some ports fail on your own OS.
    3Can I run CODESYS on EG500?
    Yes, CODESYS provide package for Raspberry Pi. Elastel industrial raspberry pi product line inherit the advantages from Raspbian OS, which means over 35,000 software packages or pre-compiled software comes from Raspbian can be used directly on our products, and users can configure and secondary develop on it with a high degree of freedom.     4Does EG410/EG500 Support LoRaWAN?
    Yes, EG410 and EG500 support LoRaWAN via mini-PCIe SPI optional LoRaWAN module. The EG410 only provide one mini-PCIe for 4G or LoRaWAN module. While EG500 provide dual mini-PCIe for both working simultaneously.
    5What's the lead time if I placed an order?
    For sample order (less than 5pcs), we will prepare and ship out your orders within 3 working days. Benefit from our previous large CM4 inventory, we can keep the regular supply and price, especially in this global shortage of CM4 supply situation.
